Writing has been at the centre of everything I’ve done in my career so far, but I’ve found the challenge of creating great documentation to be the most satisfying. I’m a stickler for detail; my pedantry and pride in my work have both been huge assets in all of my roles, but they’ve been invaluable as a Technical Writer.

In addition to writing clear and concise documentation, I’ve managed translation and migration projects, assessed tools and platforms to find the right fit, and worked with community members to ensure that the documentation is meeting users’ needs. I bring a consultative mindset to each project, ensuring that we craft a documentation solution that is best suited to the needs of your users. In practice, this means:

After spending five years working on the documentation for a SaaS platform, I’m now offering my services as a fractional technical writer. I’m embracing flexible ways of working in order to work on varied and strategic partnerships, where I can empower businesses to create impactful documentation.
